Mathew Yamali started his first food truck in 2016 with Roll It Up Sushi. Matt found his truck to be hugely popular, but wanted to expand to a more diverse crowd. So, in 2019 Matt and Jesse Turkus started Downtown Fingers food truck. After attending many large events we opened up our trailer in 2021 in order to serve huge numbers of people extremely fast. Just last year we started up Super Smash Burgers CO with Joshua Davis who has worked with Matt since 2017.
Joshua Davis started Super Smash Burgers in 2023 in order to creat the best premium smash burger around. Josh grew up in his parents’ burger restaurant and wanted to create his own concept using his experiences. Super Smash Burgers is great for huge events or small catering. We offer a multitude of different menus to choose from .
Roll it Up Sushi has been known as the premier sushi truck in Denver since 2016. Chef Steven has been with the company for 2 years now brining his creative talent to our menu. We offer many services from catering any size event, vending at large festivals, private sushi rolling classes, whatever you need
